Mathis Fister becomes Partner
Strengthening the firm in constitutional and administrative law
Mathis Fister will become a Partner at Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte in Vienna effective May 2026. By bringing on board this renowned expert in constitutional and administrative law, the firm is strengthening its advisory expertise in these fields, which also encompass complex regulated areas such as artificial intelligence, life sciences, and health law.

Mathis Fister has been practicing as an Attorney-at-Law since 2015 and combines legal practice with recognized academic expertise. In 2019, he completed his habilitation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in the fields of constitutional law and administrative law. Since 2020, Mathis Fister has been teaching as a university professor at the Johannes Kepler University Linz.
His legal practice also focuses on public law and related areas of law, covering the entire spectrum from advisory and legal opinion services to litigation. His specific areas of focus include, among others, future-oriented topics in the healthcare sector and digitalization.
