A campaign with stories that connect.

It all began with a question: How do we show who we are and how we work – without filters and without façades?

“The job market has changed – and we have changed with it. A lot has happened at our company in recent years: We have developed further, tried out new things, and gained experience. Now it is time to sharpen our profile internally and also show it clearly to the outside world.”

In many hours of brainstorming, conversations, and discussions about the questions:

  • What defines us as a law firm?
  • What defines us as a team?
  • What defines us as parts of this team?

we collected stories about our everyday life at the firm, about numerous highlights, and about challenges we mastered together. And one thing became clear: Our love of the law unites us as a team.

And because we want to share these stories not only internally but also with all our partners and future colleagues, we have designed our new employer branding communication around this connection:
