Representing interests and protecting innovation

With the appointment of Johannes Hartlieb as Contract Partner, Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte continues to consistently pursue its growth path while maintaining continuity in personnel development.
Johannes Hartlieb has been part of the antitrust and public procurement law team since 2017, where he started as an Associate. His practice focuses on regulatory law, procurement law and competition law, as well as public law and EU law. In addition, together with Mario Laimgruber, he is a founding member of the 360° Renewable Energy practice group, which provides comprehensive, end-to-end advice on all aspects of the energy transition.
“With Johannes Hartlieb, we are appointing an expert in our team as Contract Partner who not only excels in antitrust, procurement and regulatory law, but also stands out for his holistic legal perspective. Particularly noteworthy is his ability to think beyond individual areas of law and to cleverly connect the dots across disciplines. His analytical acumen and his dedication enable him to develop practical solutions to complex issues and to communicate them clearly and effectively,”, says Martin Oder, Partner, who is already looking forward to continuing the collaboration.
Before joining Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte in 2017, Johannes Hartlieb was a university assistant at the Institute for European and International Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. His dissertation was published by the renowned Nomos publishing house. To this day, like many of his colleagues at Haslinger / Nagele, he has remained affiliated with his university as a lecturer.

“Haslinger / Nagele is distinguished not only by its high standards of quality, but also by a very appreciative, personal, and collegial work environment. In addition, we maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with our clients and among colleagues. All of this creates a motivating and performance-oriented work atmosphere. I am delighted to have found my professional home here and look forward to contributing even more in the future,”, says Johannes Hartlieb
