Legal guidance in turbulent times

What are the most pressing issues in the legal profession right now – and where is there a particular need for legal analysis and discussion? This is precisely where the HN Focus Discussions come in. In a concise, dialogue-oriented format, we address the topics that are currently of particular concern to clients and practitioners.

Over the past six months, a total of five HN Focus Discussions have been successfully held. The focus was on key issues in real estate law, public procurement law, and energy law. Topics included, among others, the Rent Value Protection Act (MieWeG),the 2026 Amendment to Public Procurement Law, and the Electricity Industry Act (ElWG) – all of which are of high practical relevance and require significant implementation.

The exchange continues: The next HN Focus Discussions are already scheduled for May 26th and early June. Going forward, we aim to continue addressing current developments early on and discussing them together with our participants.
