Haslinger / Nagele entrusted with another bankruptcy case

Recently, the Regional Court of Linz has appointed our Partner Thomas Kurz trustee in handling the insolvency of HTI High Tech Investment AG, the biggest insolvency case in Upper Austria to date. In his capacity as trustee, Thomas Kurz will attempt to save the company from bankruptcy. Currently, the search for an investor is running at full speed.
