Commentary on the European Union’s CFR

We attach great importance to cooperating closely with highly-ranked academics and actively encourage our employees to engage in research by means of publications, dissertations or lectures.

We are therefore very happy that our associate Thomas Riesz (who holds a PhD and is a regular speaker at lectures and seminars) recently contributed to a comprehensive commentary on the European Union’s Charter of Fundamental Rights (CFR). Thomas wrote about the right to personal data, a topic he deals with exhaustively in his daily practice.

The editors, Michael Holoubek and Georg Lienbacher, are judges at Austria’s Constitutional Court and professors at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
