First Institute for the Law of the Legal Profession in Austria

Austria’s first Institute for the Law of the Legal Profession was recently established at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Our Partner Daniela Huemer, who regularly lectures on corporate and contract Law at universities, has been appointed a member of the Institute’s advisory board. Drawing from her practical experience, Daniela will contribute to the overall success of the Institute. One of the top priorities on the Institute’s agenda is to establish a framework of conditions that that will make it easier for lawyers to strike a balance between their profession and parenthood.
