Can I put third-party content on a website?

In an article in the daily newspaper Der Standard, Melissa Neuhauser and Sissy Weilharter deal with the legal admissibility of framing and inline linking on websites as well as with the possibilities of prohibiting the rendering of copyrighted content on other websites. The recently published conclusions in a currently ongoing preliminary ruling procedure before the ECJ (C-392/19, VG Bild-Kunst), gave rise to this article.
