imh Seminar: Right-of-Way and Utility Easements

From November 3rd-4th, 2026, the imh seminar on the topic of “Right-of-Way and Utility Easements” will take place at the Arcotel Wimbergerin in Vienna. The seminar will provide an overview of the EU acceleration targets. Insights will be provided on where difficulties may arise during installation and what needs to be considered in expropriation proceedings. Additional topics include declarations of consent and approval procedures, as well as mitigation and compensation measures under nature conservation and forestry law.

As part of the seminar, Johannes Hartlieb and Caroline Weiß will provide insights on the second seminar day on “Utility Line Construction and Civil Law,” covering the following topics:
