To what extent may the state intervene to pursue environmental objectives?<\/h2>\n<p>These questions, among others, will be discussed in an event hosted and organised by Haslinger \/ Nagele, the Institute for Environmental Law (JKU), the Association of Young Environmental Lawyers (\u00d6WAV), and Fridays for Future Linz at the Johannes Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz on 17 September. After a keynote speech by Michaela Kr\u00f6mer, who represents several environmental activists in a high-profile lawsuit before the Constitutional Court, a discussion with all participants will take place under the moderation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/wilhelm-bergthaler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For those with a particular interest in the topic, a workshop will be held on 8 September at 5 p.m. at the Johannes Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz.<\/p>\n<p>Participation is free, however the number of participants is limited.
