Coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uibk.ac.at\/zivilrecht\/team\/gottardis\/\">Mr. Univ.-Ass. Mag. Dr. Lukas Gottardis<\/a>, our partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/alexander-hiersche\/\">Alexander Hiersche<\/a> gives a lecture on the topic &#8220;Specific questions of contract- and competition law&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hereby the goal is to explain the participants the specialities of contract law, with a focus on IT-law and european consumer protection, in a two semester hours long lecture.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the audience iwll be given an overview of competition law and european measures on digitization.<\/p>\n<p>This knowledge is then reviewed in a 20-questions long multiple-choice exam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dates:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fr, 21.
