In the first part of the seminar, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/mathis-fister\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mathis <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/mathis-fister\/\">Fister<\/a> will present the conduct of proceedings before administrative authorities (AVG, VStG) using overviews, checklists, and pleading templates. The topics will be examined from the perspective of legal practice (textbook knowledge is assumed).
