Together with seasoned practitioners,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/rene-haumer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ren\u00e9 Haumer<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/bernd-wiesinger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bernd Wiesinger<\/a> will convey practice\u2011oriented expertise on the full scope of appeal proceedings against criminal judgments and provide an overview of the complaint mechanisms available in criminal investigation procedures. The seminar will focus on the grounds for nullity under section 281(1) of the Austrian Code of Criminal Procedure, which will be presented in a didactic and practice-oriented manner, taking into account the latest rulings of the Supreme Court. In addition, the procedures for handling nullity appeals and appeals before the Supreme Court of Justice as well as appeal proceedings before the Higher Regional Court and the Regional Court will be explained.
