As part of the event, Fabian Blumberger and Markus Gaderer will provide insights on the topic <strong>&#8220;Employee Development with AI \u2013 Designing Legally Compliant and Practically Oriented Solutions.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Artificial intelligence offers great opportunities for employee development and assessment \u2013 but especially in the sensitive area of HR, the use of AI tools raises numerous legal questions. In their presentation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/fabian-blumberger\/\">Fabian Blumberger<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/markus-gaderer\/\">Markus Gaderer<\/a> will demonstrate \u2013 through concrete case studies \u2013 how AI impacts employee development.
