This event will keep you reliably &#8220;up-to-date&#8221; in water law!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year, the focus will be on the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Union law aspects: A representative of the European Commission will report on current initiatives, including the new Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) and the Environmental Crime Directive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questions regarding water law enforcement: Discussions on &#8220;Objectives and conflicting goals in water law proceedings&#8221; as well as water cooperatives and the expiry of water rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will be moderated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/wolfgang-berger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wolfgang Berger<\/a>.
