According to the objectives of the EU Commission, these long-term energy supply contracts are intended to promote the implementation of renewable energy projects in the future and at the same time protect energy consumers from strong fluctuations in electricity prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possibilities for the (legal) design and stumbling blocks of these long-term energy supply contracts will be discussed by Haslinger \/ Nagele experts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/martin-stempkowski\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Martin Stempkowski<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/kaleb-kitzmueller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kaleb Kitzm\u00fcller<\/a> in a WEBINAR on January 18th, 2024, from 11:00 to 11:45 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among other things, the following topics will be covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PPAs and the new ElWG<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPAs and the RED III<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design variants of PPAs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The EFET PPA standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bankability of PPAs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is free of charge.
