Among the speakers will be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/thomas-kurz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thomas Kurz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 30th, Thomas Kurz will give a lecture on the<strong> practical issues of the Restructuring Act<\/strong>. He will go into more detail on potential areas of application and no-go areas.
