We represent our clients in all types of disputes, both in and out of court, before civil and special courts as well as before national and international arbitration tribunals, in mediation proceedings as well as before supreme courts. Our range of services does not only include standard litigation, from obtaining preliminary injunctions and gathering facts and documents relating to the subject matter and history of a case to the careful presentation of evidence and enforcement of judgments. Of course we also bring our expertise to bear in all practice areas where it is important to avoid or prepare for litigation. This includes the forensic processing of the relevant facts, drafting unbreakable clauses and structures that will stand up in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experts of our team are also in demand as arbitrators in domestic and international arbitrations under various procedural rules (such as VIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and DIS) as well as in ad-hoc proceedings, so our clients can rely on a wide range of expertise and first-hand, in-depth experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Chartered Mediators, we also assist our clients in alternative dispute resolution in the context of business mediation (e.g. in shareholder disputes, business succession, restructuring, conflicts at the workplace or partner conflicts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside litigation, we protect our clients’ interests in the public and in the media with litigation PR professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n
