Insolvencies and consequences<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to operating as insolvency administrators, we advise as representatives of debtors and management bodies, organize court insolvencies, advise on out-of-court restructurings and reorganisations, negotiate with banks and other creditors and represent clients in court and before the authorities. We assist our clients in the acquisition of companies, fixed and current assets and other assets from insolvent companies, in particular by conducting legal due diligence, negotiating with insolvency administrators, courts and other insolvency authorities and drafting LOIs, offers, contracts, applications for approval, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We provide comprehensive advice to banks in restructuring cases, represent creditors throughout the insolvency proceedings, review contracts to ensure they are insolvency-proof, advise on in-court and out of court appeals, support employees in enforcing their claims before the courts and IEF Service GmbH and also resolve legal issues that may arise in insolvency-related areas of law.<\/p>\n\n\n
