We represent the interests of our clients in all matters of individual and collective employment law.
The services we provide centre around creating, organising and terminating employment relationships. We draft and negotiate employment contracts, personal contracts for services, management contracts and contracts with temporary agencies as well as related severance and termination agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From works agreements to working time models<\/strong>
We guide our clients through structural changes in their business organizations \u2013 particularly in the event of mergers, company reorganisations, close-downs, social plans. Our services include negotiating, amending and setting up works agreements and examining questions of adherence to certain collective bargaining agreements.
We sit down with our clients to develop flexible work schedules (flexitime, part time, semi-retirement, etc.) as well as short-time work schemes (application procedure, social partner agreements, allowances, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At courts and arbitral tribunals<\/strong>
We represent our clients in labour courts, social courts and at arbitral Tribunals.<\/p>\n\n\n
