Chambers is an internationally recognized organization that evaluates the professional performance of lawyers and law firms. On this basis, Chambers creates annual rankings. Once again this year, numerous of our departments and lawyers<\/a> received awards for performance as a team or individual performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ranked departments include Environmental and Technology Law<\/a>, Public Economic Law & Constitutional Law<\/a>, Public Procurement Law<\/a> as well as Antitrust and Staid Aid Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the category Public Law: Planning and Environment<\/strong>, the team around Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a> and Wolfgang Berger<\/a> achieved Band 1, the best possible rating. In the category Public Law: General<\/strong>, Haslinger\/Nagele was ranked Band 2 as well as in the category Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP<\/strong>. Furthermore, the law firm is also represented in the Competition\/European Law<\/strong> category (Band 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are particularly pleased about the naming of numerous individuals and the associated recognition in their respective fields: Wolfgang Moringer<\/a> is counted among the few “Senior Statespeople” in the White-Collar Crime category. Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a> is ranked Band 2 in two disciplines (Public Law: Planning and Environment). Martin Oder<\/a> and Martin Stempkowski<\/a> are also mentioned twice (Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP and Competition\/European Law). Ren\u00e9 Haumer<\/a> earned the law firm a double mention in the area of \u200b\u200bwhite-collar crime and Wolfgang Berger<\/a> in the area of \u200b\u200bPublic Law: Planning and Environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inclusion of our young Partner Alexander Hiersche<\/a> in the ranking (“Up and Coming”), whereby Haslinger\/Nagele is represented in the area of \u200b\u200bCompetition\/European Law by no fewer than three lawyers, impressively demonstrates the expansion of our competencies over the generations. Accordingly, Wilhelm Bergthaler says: \u201dThe numerous multiple mentions in various areas of practice show that our law firm succeeds in building up real competence pools around outstanding individuals and in expanding them across generations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
