The commentary was edited by Univ.-Prof. Alois Birklbauer (Johannes Kepler University Linz), our Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/rene-haumer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ren\u00e9 Haumer<\/a>, Rainer Nimmervoll and Norbert Wess. More than 50 authors contributed to it, including our Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/fabian-blumberger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fabian Blumberger<\/a> and Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/bernd-wiesinger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bernd Wiesinger<\/a>. Both contributed significantly to the success of the work by commenting on numerous legal passages. The aim of the commentary is to provide a practice-orientated tool that offers a quick overview of the current case law for everyday working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion of this publication, the \u201cVerlag \u00d6sterreich\u201d conducted an interview with the editors.
