The authors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/team\/alexander-hiersche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexander Hiersche<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/team\/kerstin-holzinger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kerstin Holzinger<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/team\/birgit-eibl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birgit Eibl<\/a> had written the entire book in just a few weeks. It essentially consists of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/covid-19\/das-epidemiegesetz-ein-systematischer-ueberblick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexander Hiersche&#8217;s dissertation from 2010<\/a> which has been comprehensively updated. Particular attention was paid to the current legislation and law enforcement regarding COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>The handbook provides the first systematic presentation of the Austrian Epidemic Law and deals with the Epidemic Act and the COVID-19 Measures Act together with the numerous regulations based on it.
