This is precisely where the <strong>HN Focus Discussions<\/strong> come in. In a concise, dialogue-oriented format, we address the topics that are currently of particular concern to clients and practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past six months, a total of <strong>five HN Focus Discussions<\/strong> have been successfully held. The focus was on key issues in <strong>real estate law<\/strong>, <strong>public procurement law<\/strong>, <strong>and energy law<\/strong>. Topics included, among others, the <strong>Rent Value Protection Act (MieWeG)<\/strong>,the <strong>2026 Amendment to Public Procurement Law<\/strong>, and the <strong>Electricity Industry Act (ElWG)<\/strong> \u2013 all of which are of high practical relevance and require significant implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"cards-thumbs-round
