The editors Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gerhard Baumgartner, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/wilhelm-bergthaler\/\">Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a>, and HR Priv.-Doz. Dr. Erich P\u00fcrgy are leading the work into a new era without losing sight of its proven foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commercial facilities law is among the most demanding areas of law, as it combines technical, legal, and economic requirements.
