With a poetic introduction and legal sensitivity, he describes the tension between hopes for reform and reality \u2013 and advocates for a quiet but effective amendment that makes procedures more efficient without much fanfare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Civil Law Aspects of Solar Systems in the Self-Interest of a Condominium Owner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his article, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/maurizio-damiano-stoisser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maurizio-Damiano Stoisser<\/a> deals with the expansion of renewable energy, specifically solar systems (PV systems and solar thermal systems) in condominium ownership (WEG).
