Starting in September 2025, the Mergers and Acquisitions<\/a> team at Haslinger \/ Nagele Rechtsanw\u00e4lte, led by Partners Johanna Fischer-Proier<\/a>, Julia Goth<\/a>, Daniela Huemer<\/a>, and Christoph Szep<\/a>, will be strengthened by the addition of two new Attorneys-at-Law and further expanded due to high demand. Leonie M\u00fcller<\/a>, an experienced lawyer with several years of experience at renowned German law firms, is joining Haslinger \/ Nagele. In addition, Roman B\u00fcchel<\/a> will be promoted to Attorney-at-Law. With his promotion, the firm once again reinforces its existing team of lawyers with exceptionally talented and dedicated in-house junior professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New addition: Leonie M\u00fcller brings international experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After completing her law studies at the University of Regensburg, Leonie M\u00fcller spent over ten years working at two renowned international law firms in Frankfurt before joining Haslinger \/ Nagele. In 2024, she also completed training as a certified mentor. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, particularly cross-border structured financings, as well as corporate law and M&A. These core areas are complemented by her expertise in conflict management and mediation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promotion: Roman B\u00fcchel promoted to Attorney-at-Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Roman B\u00fcchel began his journey with Haslinger \/ Nagele during his law studies in Linz, as part of a Practice4Jus internship. Before continuing as an Associate in 2021, he gained valuable experience at a commercial law firm in Linz and at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. Most recently, B\u00fcchel has been involved in advising on national and international M&A projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
