Haslinger \/ Nagele continues to strengthen its position in the Chambers Europe 2025 ranking, once again achieving outstanding results for both its practice groups and individual lawyers. A total of six legal fields and eight lawyers are listed. Particularly noteworthy is the first-time ranking<\/strong> of the entire Corporate Law<\/a>\/M&A<\/a> practice group; Martin Oder<\/a> advances to Band 2 in Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP<\/strong>, and the Criminal Defense & White-Collar Crime<\/a> practice group rises to Band 3<\/strong>.

Further recognitions go to the practice groups in Antitrust, Competition & State Aid Law<\/a>, Public Economic & Constitutional Law<\/a>, Environmental and Technology Law<\/a>, and Public Procurement Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n



In the category Public Law: Planning and Environment<\/strong>, the team led by Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a> and Wolfgang Berger<\/a> achieves the highest possible ranking with Band 1. In the category Public Law: General<\/strong>, Haslinger \/ Nagele again reaches Band 2<\/strong>,<\/a> as well as in Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP.<\/strong>.

We are particularly pleased with the mention of numerous individuals and the associated recognition in their respective fields:

Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a> achieves a Band 1<\/strong> ranking in two disciplines (Public Law: General<\/strong><\/em>and Public Law: Planning and Environment<\/strong>)<\/em>, while Wolfgang Berger<\/a> is once again recognized as a leading expert in Public Law: Planning and Environment<\/strong>. <\/em>Additionally, Martin Oder<\/a> and Martin Stempkowski<\/a> are each mentioned in Band 4<\/strong> in Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP<\/strong>.<\/em>

Wolfgang Moringer<\/a> is counted among the few “Senior Statespeople<\/strong>” in the White-Collar Crime<\/strong><\/em> category. With Ren\u00e9 Haumer<\/a> (Band 3<\/strong>) and Bernd Wiesinger<\/a> (“Up and Coming<\/strong>“) also listed, we are proud to have three individual recognitions in this category.

In the category Competition\/European Law<\/strong>, Martin Oder<\/a>, Martin Stempkowski<\/a> and Alexander Hiersche<\/a> are also each ranked in Band 4<\/strong>.
