In January 2025, Mag. Sissy Weilharter, BA<\/a> (32), was promoted to Attorney-at-Law<\/strong> at Haslinger \/ Nagele Rechtsanw\u00e4lte GmbH, strengthening the Public Procurement and Antitrust Law team<\/strong> at the firm\u2019s Vienna office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sissy Weilharter’s practice focuses on public procurement and antitrust law, in particular at the intersection of these two legal fields. She advises clients on the awarding of contracts, participation in procurement procedures and the increasingly complex field of procurement compliance. Additionally, she supports companies in a wide range of antitrust law issues, represents their interests in cartel fine proceedings and in civil proceedings for damages relating to antitrust law. Her extensive expertise is based, among other things, on her successful involvement in complex proceedings such as the construction cartel and the waste management cartel. She is a lecturer and author of numerous specialist publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
