The Legal 500 EMEA Ranking 2024<\/a> has been published! We are pleased that our practice groups and lawyers have been recognized multiple times. This ranking once again reflects the experience, competence and expertise of our highly motivated, dynamic team of renowned, proven and innovative young minds. The ranking also highlights the successfully built “generational bridge” between our renowned Attorneys-at-Law and the next generation of up-and-coming lawyers: “Mario Laimgruber and Wilhelm Bergthaler are both highly recognized legal experts in Austria.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were awards for the respective teams in Public Economic Law & Constitutional Law<\/a>, Environmental and Technology Law<\/a>, Public Procurement Law<\/a> and Criminal Defense and White-Collar Crime Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Administrative Law and Public Sector<\/a> category, the teams led by “highly recognized legal expert” Wilhelm Bergthaler <\/a>achieved the best rating with TIER 1. In this category, five of our lawyers are recognized: Wilhelm Bergthaler (Hall of Fame), Wolfgang Berger<\/a> and Martin Stempkowski<\/a> as Practice Heads, Thomas Riesz<\/a> as Key Lawyer and Mario Laimgruber<\/a> as Rising Star.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The practice group and the lawyers received the following references:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
