These include regulations for flexible connection concepts, transparency regarding available grid capacities and the mandatory implementation of distribution network expansion plans<strong>. <\/strong>Despite the successful integration of many important points, there is still room for optimization to create a long-term basis for the electricity grid transition and thus the substantial expansion of photovoltaics in the coming decade. This applies in particular to the legal framework surrounding flexible system access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the ELWG draft provides for significant innovations, particularly in the area of direct marketing and community energy, the Austrian Photovoltaic Association has asked Kaleb Kitzm\u00fcller to present the innovations in this area.
