We are once again delighted to have received numerous awards in the current Chambers Europe 2024 ranking<\/a> for various practice groups and also for individual lawyers. Particularly noteworthy is the first-time ranking of the entire practice group in the area of White-Collar Crime as well as Bernd Wiesinger<\/a>‘s ranking in the same area in the “Up and Coming” category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awards were received for the respective teams in Antitrust and State Aid Law<\/a>, Public Economic and Constitutional Law<\/a>, Environmental and Technology Law<\/a>, Public Procurement Law<\/a> and Criminal Defense and White-Collar Crime Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the category Public Law: Planning and Environment, the team around Wilhelm Bergthaler<\/a> and Wolfgang Berger<\/a> achieved the best possible rating with Band 1. In the category Public Law: General, Haslinger \/ Nagele attained Band 2 as well as in the category Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP. Furthermore, the law firm is represented in the field of Competition\/European Law (Band 4) and this year, for the first time, also in the area of White-Collar Crime (Band 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are particularly pleased that numerous individuals have been named and thus recognized in their respective fields: Wolfgang Moringer<\/a> is one of the few “Senior Statespeople” in the White-Collar Crime category. With the listing of Ren\u00e9 Haumer<\/a> and Bernd Wiesinger, we are delighted to have a triple nomination in this category. In the category Competition\/European Law, three experts \u2013 Martin Oder<\/a>, Martin Stempkowski<\/a> and Alexander Hiersche<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>are ranked, with the latter also being promoted to Band 4. Wilhelm Bergthaler achieves a Band 1 ranking in two disciplines (Public Law: General and Public Law: Planning and Environment) and Wolfgang Berger is once again one of the outstanding experts in the category Public Law: Planning and Environment. Martin Oder and Martin Stempkowski are also mentioned twice (in addition to Competition\/European Law also Public Law: Public Procurement\/PPP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
