The transaction was closed on October 17th, 2023. The Haslinger \/ Nagele team was led by Moritz Salzgeber (Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law\/M&amp;A), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/johanna-fischer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Johanna Fischer<\/a> (Partner, Corporate Law\/M&amp;A), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/alexander-hiersche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alexander Hiersche<\/a> (Partner, Antitrust Law). Other team members included <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/birgit-meisinger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Birgit Meisinger<\/a> (Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslinger-nagele.com\/en\/team\/anna-follrich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anna Follrich<\/a> (Trainee Attorney-at-law, Corporate Law\/M&amp;A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Haslinger \/ Nagele team advised voestalpine\/Nedcon in close collaboration with LCA Studio Legale from Milan, Italy. The LCA team was led by Riccardo Sismondi (Partner, M&amp;A).
