As of November 2022, Christoph Harringer<\/a>, LL.M. (WU) B.Sc. (WU) (30) will be promoted to Attorney-at-law at Haslinger \/ Nagele and will strengthen the team in the areas of banking and capital markets law<\/a> as well as corporate \/ M&A<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christoph Harringer has been with Haslinger \/ Nagele since March 2019. Before moving to Upper Austria, he worked as an Associate in the area of banking and finance at a renowned international law firm in Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christoph Harringer brings in particular tax law expertise to the firm, having focused on tax law during his business law studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and on accounting and bookkeeping during his studies in economics. While studying, he worked as a tax assistant for one of the “Big Four”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His practice focuses on banking and capital markets law with a specialization in ESG and sustainability, and M&A with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions as well as general commercial contract law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
