The energy transition is progressing, and the new draft of the Renewable Expansion Act is intended to act as a “game changer” and bring new growth spurts for renewable energy sources. With the practice group 360\u00b0 Renewable Energy<\/strong> (abbreviated: 360\u00b0 EE)<\/strong>, Haslinger \/ Nagele will focus even more than before on providing comprehensive and anticipatory advice to existing and future stakeholders in the energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why 360\u00b0 EE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Austria, the goal is to supply the country exclusively with green electricity by 2030. Austria\u2019s government has set a goal of reaching climate neutrality <\/strong>by 2040. The Renewable Expansion Act (\u201cEAG\u201d) is a key element in achieving this goal. In addition to the central legal areas of environmental and industrial plant law as well as energy law, the link with other areas of law is increasingly coming to the fore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
