Simon Scherzer graduated from the Federal College for Viticulture and Fruit Growing in Klosterneuburg. He then studied law, business law and business administration at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He was already able to gain relevant professional experience during his studies. After completing his law degree, he completed his court clerkship at the Linz District Court and Linz Regional Court.
Simon Scherzer joined the Haslinger / Nagele team as an associate in April 2025. He specialises in the areas of criminal law and commercial criminal law.
