Urgent legal issues
Philipp Mörth holds degrees in law and in German philology from the University of Vienna. After completing his studies, he clerked at courts in Vienna and then joined the scientific staff first of the Institute of Public Law at the University of Graz, then of the Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna to work as a university assistant to Professor Franz Merli. Besides his other duties as a university assistant, Philipp Mörth wrote a PhD thesis on the principle of legality.
In June 2018, Philipp Mörth joined Haslinger / Nagele as an associate. He specialises in constitutional law, in administrative law as well as in European Union law – matters on which he also publishes in legal journals.
