Manfred Trausner

Prior to joining Haslinger / Nagele in 1994, Manfred Trausner worked at the Companies Register of the Regional Court of Linz for over a decade. As head of the commercial paralegal team at Haslinger / Nagele, Manfred Trausner actively drafts those documents in corporate and company secretarial matters that he had to check and investigate at the Court. He assists our attorneys with the formation of companies and private foundations, preparing shareholders meetings, drafting and revising articles of association, company constitutions, deeds of foundation, with a focus on devising and implementing all sorts of company reorganisations.

Owing to his extensive experience in this sector, Manfred has co-authored major publishing projects providing technical guidance on drafting corporate contracts, completing and filing notifications to the Companies Register.
