Lukas Grabmair already worked as a student assistant at Haslinger / Nagele during his law degree studies at Johannes Kepler University Linz, where he also completed the “Practice4Jus” program in 2019. After graduation, he was employed as a project assistant at the Institute for Environmental Law / Department for Basic Research in Environmental Law (with Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Erika Wagner) and subsequently completed his judicial internship at the Higher Regional Court of Linz.

In the course of his university employment, Lukas Grabmair was allowed to publish in the field of environmental law (with a focus on NPP, EIA and nature conservation law) and is currently writing a dissertation on the topic of “Legal Framework for Sustainable Food Handling.” while working.

His area of practice includes environmental law as well as contract and general civil law.
