Dr. Kerstin Holzinger
Kerstin Holzinger studied law in Vienna and Poitiers (France). After completing her mandatory year of legal clerkship, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Austrian and European Public Law (Vienna University of Business and Economics) at the department of Prof. Holoubek. In 2009, Kerstin Holzinger received her PhD in law and subsequently – at the beginning of 2010 – started working as an associate at Haslinger / Nagele. In 2012, she passed her bar exam with distinction. Since March 2013 (including a parental leave), Kerstin Holzinger has been a qualified lawyer and partner at Haslinger / Nagele.
Kerstin’s legal expertise revolves around constitutional law, administrative law (with a focus on regulatory, industry and construction law) and public procurement law. In her field, she regularly publishes academic papers, presents at conferences and holds training courses.
