Mag. Florian Eletzhofer, LL.B.

Florian Eletzhofer studied law and business law, specializing in corporate law, at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. During his studies, he was able to gain relevant professional experience through several internships at renowned law firms and in banking.

Before joining Haslinger / Nagele, he worked for several years in a biotech company as a corporate lawyer in a management position. He completed his court practice at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, the Regional Court of St. Pölten and the District Court of Amstetten.

Florian Eletzhofer has been supporting the Haslinger / Nagele team since September 2024. His practice focuses on corporate and company law as well as M&A and financing.
