Mag. Dr. Christian Jetzinger, LL.M MA

During his law studies at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Christian Jetzinger worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Financial Law, Tax Law and Tax Policy, as a corrections assistant at the Institute for Criminal Law and as a project assistant at the Institute for European and Austrian Civil Procedure Law at Johannes Kepler University Linz. After graduation, he was employed as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Procedure Law, Insolvency Law and Comparative Procedural Law. During this time, he completed the doctoral program in law, the master’s program in medical law, the master’s program in political education, the diploma course in mediation and conflict resolution and the bachelor’s program in business law.

His practice focuses on corporate and company law, mergers & acquisitions, foundation law and commercial contract law.
