Urgent legal issues
Following her graduation from the University of Vienna, Birgit Eibl worked as a university assistant (prae doc) at the Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law. Subsequently, she completed an internship at the Austrian Consulate General in Los Angeles and the mandatory legal clerkship. After spending two years in Geneva working for the World Intellectual Property Organization, a UN specialized agency, Birgit Eibl joined Haslinger / Nagele as an Associate in October 2017. Her practice focuses on environmental and technology law as well as public economic and constitutional law. She has published articles in renowned legal journals and is currently completing her doctoral thesis.
