Alen Botic studied law at the University of Vienna. During his studies, he was already able to gain relevant professional experience at renowned commercial law firms in Austria and abroad. He then completed his court clerkship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court (Fünfhaus District Court, Vienna Commercial Court and Hernals District Court). After his court practice, he first worked as a trainee lawyer in a commercial law firm and then in the public sector.
He joined the Haslinger / Nagele team as an associate in June 2024. He specialises in the areas of corporate law / M&A and financing.
