Sissy Weilharter – promotion to Attorney-at-Law
In January 2025, Mag. Sissy Weilharter, BA (32), was promoted to Attorney-at-Law at Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte GmbH, strengthening the Public Procurement and Antitrust Law team at the firm’s Vienna office.

My goal is to further strengthen and expand our firm’s legal competencies and, in particular, to offer mediation as an additional dispute resolution method.”
Sissy Weilharter
Sissy Weilharter’s practice focuses on public procurement and antitrust law, in particular at the intersection of these two legal fields. She advises clients on the awarding of contracts, participation in procurement procedures and the increasingly complex field of procurement compliance. Additionally, she supports companies in a wide range of antitrust law issues, represents their interests in cartel fine proceedings and in civil proceedings for damages relating to antitrust law. Her extensive expertise is based, among other things, on her successful involvement in complex proceedings such as the construction cartel and the waste management cartel. She is a lecturer and author of numerous specialist publications.

Professional experiences at international corporations in Brussels, London, and Vienna have shaped Sissy Weilharter’s business acumen, her striving for legal solutions that are not only correct but also practical, and her ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
In addition to her qualification as an Attorney-at-Law, Mag. Sissy Weilharter is also a registered mediator. Her focus lies on business mediation, for example in inter- and intra-company conflicts, shareholder disputes, and corporate succession matters.
