More women in the legal profession!

The last issue of 2021 of the periodically published Laywers’ Journal (“Anwaltsblatt”, this time: “Anwältinnenblatt”) is dedicated to female lawyers and in particular to the question of what measures need to be taken to retain more women in the profession.

Partner Daniela Huemer has also written an article on this crucial topic. In it, she addresses the importance of gender-sensitive language, but also the other framework conditions that are necessary to make the legal profession more attractive to women.
