M&A spring kick-off “Future M&A”

Haslinger / Nagele invited to the M&A Spring Kick Off in the Sky Loft of the Ars Electronica Center on March 30th, 2023.

Ars Electronica stands for the path to the future – and the evening’s program followed suit: keyword “Future M&A“. Moderated by Johanna Fischer (Partner), the Corporate/M&A team gave short presentations providing an overview of current and future topics in corporate and transactional law. Julia Goth (Partner) spoke about the future of reorganizations and the GmbH, Christoph Harringer and Kaleb Kitzmüller (both Attorneys-at-Law) spoke about ESG & sustainability and the effects on transactional law.

Afterwards, Moritz Salzgeber (Attorney-at-Law) interviewed the expert Dr. Maximilian Mann (Attorney-at-Law at Linklaters LLP as well as Senior Member of Linklaters Digital Economy Group / German Tech Sector), who had come all the way from Hamburg, on the topic of “Digital Transformation, Metaverse & AI in Corporate/M&A – where is the journey going?”.

The Corporate/M&A team of Haslinger / Nagele, which has been considerably strengthened in the last two years, is delighted that so many clients and companions enjoyed the evening together.

Afterwards, the evening came to a pleasant end with drinks and culinary delights.
