Kaleb Kitzmüller is new Attorney-at-Law

As of September 2022, Mag. Kaleb Kitzmüller LL.M. (Amsterdam) (29) joins the Corporate / M&A team at Haslinger / Nagele as an Attorney-at-Law. There he primarily supports transactions in the energy and environmental sector as well as real estate projects.

Kitzmüller has been with Haslinger / Nagele since March 2019. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience for 1,5 years as an Associate in a renowned Viennese law firm in the field of insolvency and restructuring. In 2021/2022, he completed the Master’s program “International Business Law – Climate Change and Corporations” at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In the course of this Master’s program, he deepened his expertise at the interface between climate protection law and corporations and will now increasingly apply this knowledge at Haslinger / Nagele.

Kaleb Kitzmüller is a co-founder of the 360° Renewable Energy practice group, where he is the contact person for all contract law issues. Among other things, he advises on the establishment and operation of energy communities and regularly publishes on this topic.

His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions (with an emphasis on renewable energies), real estate law, climate protection law and the interfaces between public law and civil law. In the context of renewable energy projects, he regularly advises project developers and operators on the implementation and utilization of energy systems.
