COVID-19 – client information
In the current situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak we are all faced with big challenges. To us, taking responsibility for and protecting our staff and their families as well as our clients and colleagues is our first priority.
Preparing for a situation like this we have already taken the necessary technical and organisational measures that put us in the position to provide our services, advice and assistance to our clients on the same level of professional commitment, irrespective of the current restrictions implemented by the Austrian government.
We will of course be available via telephone and email, and we have taken all necessary measures to meet with all deadlines and keep all appointments. Conferences can also be held via Skype.
As of now, our staff will be available with their knowledge and expertise from their well-equipped home office work places.
With these precautions we are sure we can provide our services to our clients without any major restrictions and keeping with deadlines, while at the same time doing our bit in coping with a challenging situation like this.
