From project planning to building permit

We advise our client on the public-law aspects in their handling of all the different stages of building and real estate projects and the construction of any kind of industrial plant. The initial stage involves clarifying the situation in respect of spatial planning law (land use plan and development) and planning the project. Our office supports public and private developers as well as (and particularly so) municipalities in their projects implementations, from land use planning to approval procedures with the planning commission, administrative courts and public law courts.

Legally compliant buildings

In public construction law, we advise private and institutional clients in their effort to keep existing buildings safe from interventions on the part of the authorities and municipalities who are obliged to ensure compliance with the provisions of the building code in all types of procedural dealings with the building commission (especially building permit procedures, procedures in case of non-compliant construction).
